Welcome to the S. June Smith Center

The S. June Smith Center supports children with developmental needs through education, therapeutic services, and family-centered programming. We seek to educate children, support families and strengthen communities through our Infant/Toddler and Preschool Programs, as well as Project Together, Community Outreach, SPLASH, Miracles `n Motion, Community Training, and Tiny Miracles.

Today, the S. June Smith Center continues the legacy of Dr. S. June Smith by creating an inclusive community for every child, regardless of ability. We work within a child's natural environment to create patterns for lifelong  learning that will benefit the child, the family, and their community.

Summer Salads for Kids The 2008 Summer Salads for Kids program ran from Sunday, July 13 through Saturday, July 26 and raised more than $3,500! The winner of the ocean blue diamond, donated by Brent L. Miller Jewelers & Goldsmiths, is Janiece Seldomridge. Congratulations, Janiece! A Day of Scrapbooking Saturday, September 27 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eden Resort Inn & Suites Tiny Miracles is again hosting a scrapbooking fundraiser to benefit local families transitioning from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to their home. Your $30 registration fee for this event includes four feet of table space, a lunch buffet, snacks, and raffle prizes. As seating is limited, attendees must pre-register by completing the registration form and returning it to the S. June Smith Center with payment. More information about Tiny Miracles.

Needed: Your Time Each year, the Center conducts various fundraising events.  These events raise money to support our mission in the community.
